Laboratory Session & Internship

Students gain practical skills during internship at various Medical Facilities for a minimum of three months. NB. Some clinical days may fall on weekends, for evening students.

Graduation Requirements

• Passing grade in exams
• Eligibility requirements met
• Complete Clinical and Seminar hours
• Complete Course work and Portfolio
• CPR Certificate

1st Monday September, January, March, June

• Mathematics or English and a Science  Subject.

Course Duration

• 9 months (6 months theory/laboratory & 3 months Work experience) 

Class Time Options

• Mornings: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (9:00 am to 2:00 pm)
• Evenings: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (5:30 pm to 8:00 pm)
• Saturdays: (6:45 pm to 8:45 pm)
• Sundays: (4:00 to 6:00/6:00 to 8:00 pm)

• Sphygmomanometer, stethoscope, mercury thermometer, digital nurses’ watch.
• Nursing dictionary (preferably Bailers’) and the Nursing Assistant, 10th Edition)
